You could try Nioxin. It's made to make the scalp a better environment for hair to be healthy and whatnot, the styling product are also specifically designed to make thin hair appear more full without weighing it down. I know I sell Nixion to a lot of woman who have undergone chemo and their hair is not growing back as thick as it once was. I will tell you it is pricey, around $50 for a full ser.

I use root boost. By paul mitchel. It is called daily boost or something but it makes my hair look thick.
