I'm going to a housewarming/birthday BBQ tomorrow at my mums cousins new house and I don't know what to wear or do with my hair (its so long I can sit on it was thinking about waving but its going to be really hot) Also, I don't know if I should wear makeup (just eye) any ideas?..."

Try braiding your hair to the side. Wear shorts and a tank or a t-shirt. As far as makeup I would wear your usual amount. I would skip out on foundation and if you can wear waterproof mascara and eyeliner.
