It is really cute I'm really good with crafting and sewing but since you didnt sew I reccomend using something like a strong glue like e6000 to keep it in place cuz if you go in the water the red and blue might fall off but the red and blue is a very cute touch just finish the ends off if you don't know how you could probably add something on to finish it.

Jenn S, it's actually just a plain black sports bra & a thin patriotic scarf thingie haha. I tucked/folded the straps of the bra down into the rest of it. I only did thst because I don't want huge tan lines when I go out today. But, it looked unflattering like that so I found the little scarf thing, tied it in to center, and had a whole bunch left over so I twisted it and tried to make it fun and different (:
