Yes. You don't need to. Try and cut back to every other day. You're washing out your hair's natural oils!

Yes! Because the shampoo strips all of the natural oils out of your hair, your body kinds of freaks out and produces more oil to compensate for it. Your hair will feel much cleaner & stay cleaner for longer if you wash it once or twice a week. It takes a while to train your hair.
For 2nd day hair: do a braid
3rd day hair: a bun or ponytail with a headband
4th day hair: dry shampoo and a bun or braid
5th day hair: a bandana or thick headband
^^ These are some things you can do for the first few weeks as your scalp gets used to producing less oils. After about 3 weeks you ahould be able to last a while between washes without feeling gross or oily!

I wash my hair everyday. You're not supposed to because you wash away oils that your scalp produces to nourish your hair (when you brush your hair the oil gets transported) and if you wash it everyday you don't give the oil a chance to get to the hair.

I wash mine every night. I hate oily hair.
