Everytime I use concealer above my brow to shape my arch it crusts like its dry! But yet my forehead feels smooth I've used lotion primer beauty balms, somebody help!

Try using a creamier concealer, such as NARS radiant creamy concealer or Benefit's Fakeup. Those are less dry than other concealers, if a bit more expensive. Also, my personal favorite concealer is Kat Von D's Lock-it Tattoo concealer. It works really well and never appears dry to me. Its just a matter of finding a formula that works for you! What concealer do you use now?

Try mixing a lotion or primer in the concealer and setting it with a hydrating facial spray.

Use a really good moisturizer at night. Or even right before you apply concealer. I have the same problem except mine is all over my face. It's not dry until I put on makeup. I have to use eucerin for a moisturizer because that's the only thing that has somewhat helped so far.

Exfoliate super good then apply oil like Argan oil then voila.
