I swear by Urban Decay All-Nighter as well as Naked Skin, gel eyeliners (no clue what brand - they're super cheap), and Diorshow mascara. I have to do my brows with gel liner or they run off.

When you do you're brows do you have trouble with them being to dark since you're using a gel?

I missed your reply (for three years)...
Because of my skin tone and how thin my eyebrows are "naturally," I can get away with a darker brown than I think other people can. I tend to stick with brown, copper, and burgundy brows rather than the black that I use for my lids.
