Are the Artis Brushes Worth it?

So I've seen the beauty blender Hype, the coconut oil hype and so on and so forth.

Ditch the beauty blender and behold the Artis brushes. I hope you understand my sarcasm lol. Anyways what difference is the artis brush than a regular stippling brush? Any reviews and from what I seen they are pretty pricey.

Are they worth the money and hype or is a one hit wonder? Lol

I think they look amazing but mac has some just like them and I was not impressed when I tried those. Also makeupbyalo hated them, I absolutely swear by her reviews lol, she said you still need to blend with another brush so it's not worth the price you're paying. Plus they're plastic and bend.

I've only tried the Mac ones

I really appreciate your breakdown of these brushes! I've seen them and would just by-pass them because I didn't understand them. I couldn't quite understand their point and why they were so different but now I see it's probably best to stick to regular brushes.

I picked up a set of dupes from Groupon recently. Mostly I wanted a way to kinda try it out before I make the (very expensive) commitment. Honestly, I was not prepared for the brushes to be plastic - I still feel like I'm going to break one. I love the look of them on display, but the jury is definitely out as far as using them...
