For the lid I used for MAC the matte eyeshadow Mango and then I used in the water line the Intense Kajal 06 ELECTRIC TEAL from Estee Lauder and blended it with the eyeshadow Cyber Teal from Estee Lauder too.

I LOVEEE using colors under my eyes! I find myself doing this look a lot lately. I also have blue eyes & I try to make them pop in any way possible. A little tip to enhance this look would to take the blue eyeliner halfway across & go a little under your lash line & blend it with a more sparkly blue to get a smokey appearance.. Then take your lighter color like a white or even a white eyeliner & go from your crease to meet the blue. It really helps with me in making my eyes a little more dramatic.. So, hope this helps :)
