I have to do my own makeup for prom. My MUA canceled on me at the last minute. I have a simple black dress and wanted a pretty glam make up look. I do my own makeup daily but I don't think I'm good enough to do my own for such an important event!! I want to look pretty and feel confident. I pictured myself with red lips and simple glam eyes. Any suggestions or advice would help. Thanked!

Try looking at tutorials on Makeup Geek. That's where I learned how to do makeup when I started a couple years ago, and I believe they just posted a prom tutorial/idea article.

Depending on your shoes. For example if you're wearing red shoes defiantly red lips with a gold/brown and a little bit of black eye.
