Ok so I have read rave reviews on the Beauty Blender and I have to try it now. Only thing holding me back is not wanting to pay $20 on a sponge, lol. Have any if you purchased yours thru Ebay or Amazon, and if so, which seller, if you can recall? I want an authentic one, of course. Also, please add what you love or dislike about it because I love learning more. Thank you in advance!!

I actually bought mine at Marshall's for 5$. A dupe of course the the actual one. I've had the original but somehow lost it and the one I have now is not any different than the original. The only thing it is a bit smaller but I still love it. I love how flawless it can make you look. No lines no nothing. Use it wet won't absorb so much foundation. I like putting foundation with a stippling brush and then blend everything out with the sponge.

I liked it at first because wen I applied my makeup it did look airbrushed and smooth , then a few hours later it would always look cakey and like my makeup was melting , and gave me really bad breakouts :/
I used minimal product when applying with the Beauity blender and cleaned it after every use. I have stopped using it now and doubt ill use it again

I love the beauty blender , I think it was worth the price it applies flawless I never have a problem it was very soft , but after a while because I had nails bits of its was ripping and it was getting old I had it for a year and change and I threw it out I figured I should buy the dupe from walgreens -____- worse mistake I made it was too harsh it didnt absorb or expand at all, so I ended up buying my new new beauty blender online :) defiantly worth it.

But here's the thing when I bought my beauty blender about a year and a half ago it was bigger now they're smaller I was like wtf? But honestly when it comes down to it it saves me a lot of time applying makeup in the morning.

I actually just purchased the beauty blender from Amazon and just received it a week ago and as far as I can tell it is definitely authentic. I believe it was sold exactly by Amazon themselves which is why I could rely more on the fact that I wasn't getting a "fake" one but as far as I know, Amazon isn't currently selling it themselves, only other non-Amazon sellers but I don't know if they''re trustworthy :/ hope that helps.

I have Ms.Adoro beauty sponges. Got a pack of 4 off of Amazon for about $10 and they work wonderfully for me.

I don't think you can get an authentic one on eBay, those are dupes (which I approve of, but still). If you want the real one go to the store or their website

The real Beauty Blender is definitely worth the price! I purchased a dupe from Marshalls and then another from Walgreens and I did like them. But then I bought the Real Beauty Blender and noticed a huge difference between the real one and it's dupe. The finish on the skin is flawless and it can be used for under eye concealer etc.

Thank you ladies for all the input. It's helped a lot. I am definitely interested. I got a 'beauty blender' sponge at target and it was the up&up brand so I thought I'd try. First time I used it it was nice then not so much anymore. If I bought it I really want it to last and work great every time. I wonder if sephora would let me return it with receipt if I didn't care for it (used)?
