So I've had acne looking bumps on my upper arm and finally found out its keratosis pilaris. it annoys me sooo much and I was wondering if any of you girls have it or had it before what can I do to get rid of the bumps? help pleasee.

Dermadoctor has a line called KP Duty that will clear it up. Amlactin Ultra lotion from the drugstore also helped with mine. Sun does help as does a tanning bed, but that's obviously not the healthiest lotion. If you can afford to get the body scrub and cream from Dermadoctor that will be your best bet- it would be around $80 for both. You can get it at Sephora or Ulta and a little goes a long way.

I agree, coconut oil and exfoliating has helped me so much. I also occasionally put apple cider vinegar on a cotton pad and apply it on the affected areas.

The scrub is also great for pre-shower and pre-med application for my psoriasis.
