I have daaaaaark circles and have been struggling for a long time and finally found a routine that actually conceals them (90-100%) I use MUFE full coverage concealer in my exact skin color then use MAC Pro Long wear concealer in NC15, so 1-2 shades lighter than actual match. Then let it 'set', blend a little bit to blur creasing then set in place w Rimmel Stay Matte pressed powder in 003.
