I'm using the spray and I noticed a difference after 2 uses so I think it works. Make sure to use heat because it helps speed the process.

I use the same stuff and I saw a difference for the first couple of weeks and then I don't think it did much after that. but yes I do use the same shampoo and conditioner still.
