Is baking powder baking soda the same thing??

I need a quick answer please is baking SODA the same thing as baking POWDER. I want to use it on my teeth to whiten but I'm not sure if theyr both the same

They are not the same and ESPECIALLY not the same when baking

No! Soda is what you use for teeth. It's basically an abrasive. For a better white swish with peroxide twice a day. It lifts stains without Having to grind them off.
