I think the blue and black look great with your green eyes! Though, I would put the blue on the lid and black on the crease and outer v. I wouldn't put the blue underneath too thick, but like a thin line. It's just my opinion, so don't take it to heart! :)

In the picture your eyes look quite close set because the majority of colour is on the inner corners if you did a lighter colour on the inner corners and a darker/brighter one in the outer edge it would suit you more, I think anyone can wear any colour if they do it right! :)
