If you have a pair if old jeans that you don't wear anymore you can cut them into shorts! I did that last year and I wore those shorts all summer xd.

Yard sales and also Craigslist... Oh and every week in the mail we get a pennysaver people post things on there they want to get rid of or for really cheap.. I've gotten dresses for $2.00 of course they are second hand but looks good

Or take some nice looking bed sheets and sew yourself a nice dress otherwise floral drapes/table cloths work too :) otherwise just wear less clothing light wash jeans a tank top and some slippers and your ready for summer :)
