Vans and toms look really wierd and awkward with socks, jeans and skirts.. And you can wear converse in every season. And converse look nice with skirts and jeans.

I love my toms more than my converse. I'm my opinion toms are a lot lighter and if you wanna wear socks get those ones that cover your toes and ankles but I LOVE then. I wear my lacy ones to work all the time and I walk everywhere (and I work with kids). I've also worn them on my bfs farm with horses and dirt and goats have steped all over them and they look perfectly fine to me.
