Hi ladies! I just wanted to share my experience and products that worked for me! of course the usual, don't use heat but if you do use heat protectant, detangled with wide tooth combs and not a brush. But I also found that the Clear Scalp and Hair Therapy Damage and Color Control shampoo and conditioner makes your hair so soft and detangled and makes your hair grow like crazy! also you can take Folic Acid tablets. Last but not least you can buy a treatment that you use inbetween your shampoo and conditioner called Lee Stafford Treatment For Hair That Never Grows Past a Certain Length! I know this is a lot of info haha! But I hope this helps out someone else! Also, share any tips that helped you out!

I didn't use heat for over a year, my hair was above my shoulders in a bob and under a year later it is down to my waist :-) didn't even acknowledge it too! :-)
