You can grab the two sides of you hair that are just above your ears and pin both pieces to the back. Then you'll begin grabbing hair that are just below that hair piece you already pinned and pin it counterclockwise (if you choose to pin up your right side first), and for your left side you'll pin up clockwise as you form a pretty circular shape yet tight/loose, classy, messy look (:
