Help, recently I have started to lose a lot of hair. It's starting to get really thin and I'm scared I might start going bald. I know your suppose to lose 100-150 hairs a day, but I'm losing more, especially when I wash my hair! It isn't a gene, as my family all have normal-thick hair. What can I do to reduce/stop my hair from falling out?!

Try massaging your head lightly once a day to get your hair growing faster and I've heard peppermint oil is brilliant.

If you're stressed at the moment maybe thats why your hair is thinning. Don't use too much heat and if you dye your hair regularly stop. :)

I never use heat in my hair. And I have also never dyed my hair. It's just naturally blonde and curly. My hair is quite healthy due to weekly trims I do by myself. And I don't cut off that much.
Due to the hair loss I find it very difficult to do a lot of hair styles as either a: my hair is to thin to do it or b: when ever I put it up, bald spots show.
