I recently purchased "expeller-pressed virgin coconut oil." I've done some research and have read some articles that rave about the benefits of coconut oil for your hair and skin. I'm trying to get my hair to grow longer, has anyone given this a try and if so what were your results?

For me it helped hydrate as well as strength. I didn't notice dramatic hair growth, but I have curly hair as well as I am biracial so my hair takes a little while longer to grow. But yours may grow a lot faster than mine! So, good luck coconut oil is a great investment!
