If you are not sure o agree with the ombre blue suggestion. the blond looks.ice near your face...but ultimately it's your hair...maybe try some clips before comiting.

Dude, if you kept a lot of the blonde, then did ombré from the blonde to baby blue, to average blue, to navy. That would look SUPER cute on you! I like that you're wanting to go bold.

Blue fades really quickly.. and yellow (your blonde) and blue fade to green...not pretty...I'm a colorist...I've seen it too many times...don't do it.., not the whole head anyway...peek a boo highlights would be hot!!
