I second the hoola.I just got it the other day and the formulation is super smooth and I am very pale and it looks great. super natural but can be built up. I pair it with benefits coralista.

Lorac TANtalizer Baked Bronzer is beautiful with just a hint of shimmer but if you'd prefer no shimmer, try Too Faced Chocolate Soleil. It's a nice shade and is completely matte.
