As you guys can see I bit my nails a lot..lol._. any suggestions on how I can stop?

I used to bite my nails a lot too, but I wanted to grow them out too, so I painted mine a nude color so it wasn't obvious, and I wouldn't bite them...it worked for me, so hopefully it might work for you :)

There are some nail polishes with bitter taste just so people who bite their nails stop:) But I can't remember the name..

I bite my nails a lot too when I was younger. I though about what to do , so I finally had an idea which was putting spicy flavor nail polish on my nails so when ever I bite my nails my tongue would burn!!
