No you don't have to. I usually don't do nothing to my lip unless I want to. I mean ill exfoliate and put chapstick on. Lol maybe a tint. But you don't havee to complete a look with a lip statement.

No! I wear nude lipsticks if any, I never wear colour lipstick with heavy eyes, personally.. Can look too over powering. :)

No, But you should try tinted lip balms. I like babylips and they just add a tiny tint of color.

Definitely not. Especially with a bold eye look. Sometimes strong eye makeup combined with lipstick looks like too much.
