Bleached streaks of hair and dyed them hot pink. I then wanted a change as many do and wanted to make my pink streaks blonde for summer. I tried Pravanas color extractor but the color remained. We then put a toner on my hair to cancel the pink and it started to turn purple. We removed the toner because I didnt want my hair to darken more. I now have magenta, pink and lavender hair... I thought I would keep it because it is pretty but I want the streaks BLONDE for summer. So how do I do it?

Yeah you need to go to a professional. You will lose all your hair if you use the caustic chemicals and colors we hairdressers have access to in the salon industry. Its all worth the price. Try going to a local beauty college if you are working on a budget.

I just faded a pastel blue color from my white blonde hair. I usually just use a clarifying shampoo and it will fade my colors enough to dye over it with another color. I decided to try the Head and Shoulders/Dandruff shampoo method. I've heard it works better than clarifying shampoo and I agree. I mixed baking soda with the original formula head &shoulders and worked that into my hair. It took a few days (shampooing a couple times a day) for me to completely fade the blue out, but it eventually worked. I tried letting the mixture sit in my hair in a shower cap for a while, but I don't know if that helped or not.
The baking soda and dandruff shampoo can be very drying so I usually left conditioner in my hair or did overnight coconut oil treatments to make up for how much I had been shampooing my hair.

If you buy some head and shoulders shampoo and wash your hair with it like 3-4 times. ( one after the other ) it should fade out pretty well.
