I say. 4-7 weeks. Just too make sure you get as much of the dye already in your hair faded before you put more chemicals on it.
But also if you want too dye your hair sooner.
If you get some head and shoulders shampoo and wash your hair about 3 times (one after the other ) your color should fade and you can dye it! :)
