This may help some. But essentially all those things are good for you hair, though I don't recommend black castor oil if you have fine/thin hair as its thick.

You can leave out the vit E. Try mixing almond and Extra Virgin olive oil. And another mixture that you can try is virgin/cold pressed coconut oil. I use mustard oil as well. Trust these oil really help...
