I used ombre Feria hair dye and it fried frieddddd my healthy hair... do you think I could do it like I was ombreing it but use regular hair dye, answers please.

No, the best thing to do is to wait until your hair is healthy and then get it done at a salon. Or else the same thing may happen.

Get a protein treatment for your hair (penetrait from sebastian or deeep from bumble and bumble) use it everyday until the quality of your hairs better and then go to a salon and get professional advice to see what's the best for your hair.
