I know wired right but believe it or not it works!! I came across it on YOUTUBE
I tried it on my Manny (doll) and it came out so nice!

-works best with Damp hair
-cut pages and fold them long ways about an Inch thick. (like if you are going to make a paper Fan) lol
- wrap around (away from face)
- fold at the ends of hair and secure with Bobby pin
* you can sleep in them or wait about 2-3 hrs depends how fast your hair dries

** hope you try!! and these were the results ;)

You can do the same with paper bags or plastic bags. cut them into strips... plastic bags you can tie after wrappin the hair around the strip.

My mom used to do this technique when we were younger. its almost like a tight spiral perm but little waves instead...
