My hair is blonde my eyebrows are brown but I don't wanna pay to have them tinted ( how much is it anyway?) how can I make them lighter??

Fill them in with a lighter eyeshadow or get a lighter brow pencil! :)

Your eyebrows look really good. Going too light doesn't look good, really. It looks like you have dirty blonde hair so it's okay that your brows are blonde!
