Go to the hair salon and ask them the best ways to get it back! They might have a product that you could use...

A hairdresser ones told me that hair is different from skin. With skin you put cream or something on it and it works, but in case of hair you have to let it rest she said. So putting in something like conditioner or oil overnight is a good option ;)

I have the same problem and I've recently tried Loreal Total Repair 5 shampoo/conditioner & I love it!

The loreal total 5 repair line is AMAZING I swear by it. my hair is shiny, smooth, healthy and very soft! I straighten and just recently went blonde but used light lifting products no bleach. I always comb my conditioner through and after I get out I use a leave in conditioner and heat protectant. hope this helps good luck!

As crazy as it sounds because its pretty much "as seen on tv" I started using wen because someone gave it to me as a gift and it makes the HUGEST difference. The minute I ran out and went back to regular shampoo my hair felt like crap again. It's a miracle product and I have tried everythingggg under the sun. I'm a serial dyer/straightener and this makes me look like my hair is so fresh.

Pure Organic Coconut oil! Apply it to your hair and leave it in over night. It's done wonders for my hair. I do this at least once a week.

To repair your hair faster, get regular trims so you can get most of the damage off and to help the new and healthier hair replace it. Also, use some argan oil after a shower, it helps to strengthen and soften hair so it can be healthy and shiny again. You can get a salon brand bottle of it online at beyas (if you've got cash lying around, lol!), I used it after my hair got damaged after too much straightening.

Do a hydrating treatment once a week with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil to moisturize your hair and make it healthy. Leave in the oil in with a shower cap over your head for about 30 minutes to 1 hour to let your hair absorb it. Sometimes it’s good to leave it overnight for extra moisture. I use an argan oil hair mask from pro naturals for repairing and moisturizing and it leaves my hair so soft and healthy, I totally recommend it. Get trims every 2-3 months too, it’ll help get rid of damaged hair and split ends.

I recommend you to get a trim and try pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair treatment kit which is a complete treatment that helps to repair and restore the damaged hair.
