I was taught years ago that concealer goes on first- then foundation. I just recently learned that it goes on after foundation! So what's y'all's order of application? Also should setting powder come before or after bronzer/blush or as the last step?

Wow, I always thought concealer went under foundation as well! I guess that's why they call it foundation!

Foundation then concealer
Setting powder then bronzer and blush. :)
It really does come down to personal preference. Idk if there's a right or wrong way.

I've ALWAYS done concealer first, but after reading some things recently, decided to switch it up - I actually prefer the results better when I do concealer after my BB cream (I don't wear foundation). I use cream blush and unusually put that on before my setting powder, but apply any other powders (bronzer, highlighter, etc.) after or last.

I do foundation, then concealer, powder to set, then bronzer, blush, highlighter. I would set foundation before you do blush/bronzer, cause otherwise if you set afterwards you ridk covering up and messing up the colors and placing of thr blush/bronzer. hope that helps. also concealer works better to apply after foundation but only if you make sure to blend out into the foundation so you don't have a noticeable line btw the concealer and foundation, this also helps to act as a highlighter to that area.

Conceal, then whatever makeup you are using. The example I was given is; "do you paint a wall before you fix the holes?". Its not very often that I will conceal after makeup application. It happens just not very often.
