Kat Von D Lock-It foundation, anyone?

I'm really interested in the Lock-It foundation, but I have some questions before I splurge.
here goes:
How well does it cover?
would it suit combination skin without caking?
what's the actual finish like?
what's the best application technique?
will it cover my rosacea?

if anyone could help me out with this, or has any feedback/useful tips, I'd greatly appreciate it!

It has full coverage, like FULL coverage. It doesn't cake on any skin I use it (I have dry skin) and I use it on my friends with oily skin. Matte, Sponge or buffing brush/ stippling brush. Yes.

I love it. It's full coverage, does not cake and I have combination skin, I use my fingers to put it on and sponges just cause I don't like brushes for foundation much. I highly recommend it =]
