I used to bite my nails until they bled... then I got braces and I couldn't future my fingers in my mouth anymore lol there are professional products you can buy that taste horrible to help you stop. if you ha e nail polish remover that works well also.

I used to have the worst nail-biting habit ever! and I literally used to see gorgeous nails and feel like crying because I'd see how horrible mine were, so I'd suggest fimding a picture of nails that you adore and want yours to be like, and just keep it in your mind or even on your wall, whenever you feel like biting them just think of how nice the other nails are, eventually yours will grow into gorgeous nails. But keep trying and DONT give up! good luck.?

I have bitten my nails since I was a little girl.. just recently I stopped I had aryclics on for a little over 2 months then when my real nails got long enough I took the aryclics off then got gels I've had them for a week and going strong I don't bite my nails now cause of how pretty I think they are and how much money I have spend on trying to get them long. good luck. :)

I'm also trying to quit nail biting. I've had the habit from a child and I'm 23 now. I ve painted my nails even tho they super short so that the taste of the nail polish reminds me to stay off. I'm looking to buy a growth polish as well.Don't use fakes they look nice for the whike but just leave your nails in a worse state once they off.?
