Well of course it's always the best thing to wait and cut BUT there's this one "maybe-solution". Oil. For example extra olive virgin oil, massage it through your scalp and hair, leave it for as many hours as you want to and wash it off (this is a great deep conditioner also). I've heard that oil might help your hair to straighten more quickly :)

The more you straighten it with a straightener the looser the curls will be :)

Use a relaxer! its using perm solution but combing it straight. you can have it done professionally in a salon. it drysbit a little but use lots of conditioner and plenty of tlc and it will be fine

The big chop , or grow your perm out.

Wait it out and cut it. do not put a relaxer over a perm unless you want to be bald. those are both extremely harsh on your hair.

DON't relax it or put any more perm solution on your hair! You have to wait it out and cut it and also try using a smoothing shampoo and conditioner, I recommend the smooth lock line by redken (:

There are 2 types of relaxers!! one of them is not good the other is a better one. I say do it but its your choice... I'm a hairdresser and have been for 20 years and I know a lot of things regarding your predicament.
