Ok , I need suggestions on what colors to use as my eyeshadow for this dress. Will a cat eye effect , sucks as navy blue on the outer corners with silver on the inner corner and lid look fine?

Maybe natural eyeshadow and a very dramatic wing, like Chanel said! You could line the edge of the liner with some silver pigment, and then line the lower lash line with a kohl pencil or something! The dress is stunning!
