Hi Luna, first of all I'd like to say, your hair is very beautyful, but sometimes a change is necessarie! So, my suggestion is a bang on one side of your face. It does make a huge difference :)

You could even move your part further to one side with the bangs, or even just get some new layers higher up,too. With your color and face, even a shoulder length A-line could work.

I would suggest not get a hair cut nor color at all. You have right length hair and beautiful color. You can simply get new looks with different hair styles like braids will look great on you and messy bun. You can also divide your hair from the middle half inch and grab section and start twisting and grab another section and twist and take it to the back and clip it. It gives a nice royal look.
