Make sure you are stimulating your scalp when you shampoo, I would recommend a minty one such as tea tree or Nioxin. Using a clarifier once a week and eat healthy with exercise will help reduce stress which is the lead cause for hair loss. I use this brand by joico that's called Clinicure and it has biotin in it that will help with the hair loss. Also try not to sleep with your hair up in rubber bands that causes hair to break off. Keep in mind you loose roughly 50-100 strands a day

Sometimes hair loss is a symptom of a underlying medical issue...thyroid for one example. If it continues, you may want to speak with your MD about it.
