Do you line your upper waterline or the lashline? I don't know how to do it!

I do my water line if I'm using pencil but if I'm using liquid I do my lash line.

Personally it doesn't really help me much to line my waterline.. In like lining my lash line with a felt tip liner or something of that sort.. Hope that helps :)

It's when you fill in between your lashes, most commonly applied on the upper lash line. I believe it's the same as the upper waterline, except I'd imagine if you applied all the eyeliner there it could transfer to your bottom waterline and end up looking odd. So just getting a very fine tip eyeliner and filling in between your lashes is how I've seen it.
