Make sure not to touch your chin.
I get acne on my chin and cheek where I rest my head in my hands. It transfers oils and bacteria from your hands to your face.

Two words: Birth control!

In most cases acne around the chin and jawline is hormonal acne. It can be pretty hard to get rid of.
Use an antioxidant cleanser like Origins A Perfect World cleanser and an acne spot treatment like Burt's Bee or Alba. If you have dry skin use a good moisturizing cream like Origins Make A Difference Plus+ Rejuvenating Cream.
Also, spearmint tea helps hormonal acne (I'm going to do an article about it on my beauty blog soon).
You may also need to get put on birth control. I don't recommend the shot form though.
