Vaseline!
First, gently scrub your lips with a small mixture of olive oil and sugar. Then, wash off with warn water and put Vaseline on them. They'll be silky smooth! :)

I swear by Carmex. I prefer the original tube or tin, but there's a bunch of different types now to suit your preference.

Definitely exfoliating is the most necessary first step. You can also do it with a little warm water mixed with baking soda to form a paste. It will feel dry, but smooth after that, but then put Aquafor or Vaseline on them afterwards. Exfoliate them regularly and use the Vaseline or Aquafor at night. Try the Dr. Haushka lip balm for daytime use.

Also you can use a soft toothbrush to exfoliate them while they are dry.

Exfoliation! and as for balms I like burt's bees or figs & rouge organic wild cherry balm. no7 bb lips is fab for moisture, you've protection, and glossy tint in one tube- I like the blush pink shade.
