I use UD's Deslick. I usually use 2-3 sprays after my makeup. Works well for me. :)

Ben Nye Final Seal Setting Spray is my favorite! It works really well! And considerably cheap too :) I purchased mine on camerareadycosmetics.com
The only thing I don't like about it is its tendency to burn my pores (usually if I had plucked my brows on the same day). It also has a strong mint scent to it. Hope you find a setting spray thats right for you! :D

If what you mean by a setting spray is what would work to keep your make up matte all day, then the comments for Urban Decay De-slick are slightly off.
De-slick is for oil control.
Urban Decay All Nighter however is the setting spray. I use both and love them!
Nyx cosmetics just came out with a setting spray as well. if you wanna try that and see if you like it, I would go the cheap route first. if you find you do like it, I would definitely up grade to Urban's, save the Nyx one because it's a great purse sized bottle!
