Hi there, you should highlight anywhere that the light hits your face... Cheekbones, brow bone, bridge of your nose, and a little bit over your top lip is nice too. Anything light with a subtle shimmer to it will work as a highlighter, I use mac MFS in soft and gentle to highlight, the naked pigment from mac is also lovey. For a contour you should place the below the cheekbone, that hollow bit is where the shadow should be. Bring the contour slightly up to your temples & blend... Also for a fuller lower lip apply a small amount of contour shade under the lip... Use a matte bronzer a few shades darker than your foundation for this, benefit hoola is great, I use macs MSF in give me sun as my contour... Hope this helps :)

Hard candy makes a bronzer and highlighter stick and I think it's about 5 bucks. Use the bronzer under your cheek bones and highlight the top of your cheek bones and I drag it back a little bit to the sides of my face. Bronzer under lip, highlight the top of your nose, bronzer down the sides of your nose. Bronzer on the sides of the forehead and highlight the middle of the forehead. With the hard candy stick I use I apply it heavily on top of face primer and then apply my foundation carefully overtop as not to smudge the colors everywhere but to blend them in. I also like using too faceds chocolate soleil bronzer and I can't remember what their highlighter is called but they have one! They are powder though which work well too. Ill see if I can find you a picture as a guide to contouring!
