Lately I've been wanting to try out foundation and sorts but don't know a good product or how to even begin to find my shade. I'm mixed so I'm pretty light but not really light lol. I'm already an eye makeup junkie and love bright lips. Just not sure where to start with the face. Any help ladies would be appreciated! Thanx. : )

If you have decent skin (meaning not a lot of acne) skip foundation and go straight to bb cream. It takes a step out of you cosmetic routine and it's light coverage but beautiful. I use Too Faved BB cream. :)

I have combination skin. I get oily around my nose and forehead and the rest of my face is dry. Think ill just play around with some stuff or go into a store to get matched. Don't wanna walk around with two different tones lol. Thanx

You look like you're a shade or so lighter than me, so maybe I can help. For drug store foundation, you might want to try Revlon Color Stay (Combination to Oily) in Toast. In the Nearly Naked you'd probably be Nutmeg or Toast. Cover Girl has a new line that everyone is raving about. It's called 3n1. Because you are a women of color, I would go with the Queen Collection(Q05-Q10) because it has more colors for deeper complexions than the regular one. L'Oreal's True Match is good. Check out the colors W5 or W6. If you want high end like Mac, I would suggest studio finish in the color either NC42 or NC43. In Makeup Forever HD you'll probably be 170, in Nars Sheer Glow you should check out Tahoe. I hope these suggestions can steer you in the right direction. Good Luck!
