The only thing that's really even kinda working for my horrendous dark circles (genetic and never going away argh! ) is benefits erase paste but I guess it is kinda expensive.

I recommend Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer, it covers dark circles perfectly, it doesn't budge all day, it smells wonderful and the best part is that it's very affordable. The only problem is that it comes in only 3 shades, but they are all usable.
I have horrible under eye circles and only this concealer helped me. I recommend you to definitely try it out.

Garnier tinted undereye dark circle roller , its amazing :-) I use it under concealer and it works well for brightening dark circles.
