It looks like a pimple...but if it's itchy and/or painful, you might want to get it checked.
If indeed it is only a pimple, I've found that placing a hot compress on it for about a minute helps diminish it. If it's delicate and it breaks, you should put some hydrogen peroxide on it to dry it out, followed by some neosporin to help kill any pesky pimple-causing bacteria.
I gave myself several lip pimples from accidentally using an expired Chapstick! Make sure to always check the expedition date of your products!

You can get that from not drinking water or it can be an allergic reaction.

Looks like a cold sore. Don't kiss anyone, or touch it and touch anything. Cold sores are caused by Herpes Simplex I, a very contagious virus that lives in the nerves under the skin. There is no cure, but over the counter medicines like Abreva can alleviate the severity and reduce the duration of the outbreak. Don't put makeup over it, it is an open wound and needs to be kept clean. Clean it will soap and water, pat dry with a tissue, and apply Abreva if it is itching.
If you start getting outbreaks more frequently, your doctor can prescribe Valtrex (generic: Valcyclovir) to prevent outbreaks. Otherwise, just allow it to heal. It should go away in a few days to a week.
I've been getting these for years, so if you have any questions I can do my best to answer them.
