I have really oily skin and I Have a shine free primer but Its not doing much to help with the oiliness I was wondering is there anything that helps fight breakouts and oiliness

I have extremely oily skin... I learned that the reason some people get oily skin is because we over produce oil if we don't moisturize enough... When we moisturize our skin properly and enough our skin takes it in instead of over producing. (I hope that makes sense)... I use a MAC's moisturizer and then I use their primer and it has worked for me as far as keeping me less shiny and less oily thought the day... Also I use blotch clothes for humid days when I get sweaty. Takes away the oil without taking my makeup.

Yea it make sense I've heard that a lot and I use moisture every time I put on make up and sometimes after I wash my face at night at It doesn't seem to help maybe I just need a better moisturizer I don't know but thank you and ill have to get some blotch clothes :)

Primer helps a lot too... I know MAC is a bit more expensive but it is worth it! If you have a MAC counter in your area maybe just try it out with no pressure to buy... I've seen such great results with their primer and it keeps me from getting shiny after I put my makeup on over top.

I use estee lauder double wear but I think it is too heavy for me, it makes me break out if I use too long. however the coverage is awesome! sometimes I don't even use any concealer any more. I don't use it everyday tho, will have pimples in the morning if I use too often.
