I thought the same thing. This was. Right after it was done so it was super dark. It's basically in my lash line to make them look thicker. I sometimes add a wing or do colored liner and it covers right up 😉 luckily when I cry or swim I look refreshed since it doesn't come off. Lol.

I think it looks fantastic! And it's nothing outrageous that would even matter at all for when your a granny. What when you get old your automatically supposed to not try and look your best? F that! Is it tattooed on the bottom inner too??

Don't they do a numbing shot or something? My grandms got her eyebrows tattooed on and she said they numbed her. I totally thoughy they would have to do some sort of desensitizing or numbing. I don't think I could keep my eye relaxed!

They look really good, my ex boyfriends mum got hers done and they wernt very neat, that looks really good though =] I'd never get it done myself though, do you have your eyes open while they do it? I'd be terrified lol, needles near my eyes =|
you know some people actually get their eyeballs tattoo'd? someone showed me video on YouTube once lol

The lady who owns the place where my horses are stabled had her eyeliner tattooed a long time ago (she is turning 60 this year) and they have dropped way below her eye over the years. I don't know if she had her waterline done or just under. But its noticeably out of place now lol.

They did numb it but you could still feel it and it was still painful.
Like any tattoo it will fade and need to be retouched. I also went to an EXTREMELY reputable place, she has been doing tattoo makeup for over 15 years, I certainly did my research. I also worked with 4 people who she had tattooed years before. ☺ I highly recommend it but do your research and find some references!

My gramma actually got her eyeliner tattoed on when she was 70 and it looks great on her she just did he top lid

You can do colored eyeliner over it? I figured that wouldn't show up/look good. I love using colored eyeliners. It would make doing wings and cat eyes simpler since half the work is already done. Do most eyeliners match well with it? If I did this I would only do the top because half the time I don't wear it on the bottom, or only 1/3 of the way across.

It is strictly in my lash line which is what I wanted to make then appear thicker in a natural way. I use colored gel liner and sometimes I apply my eyeshadow wet as a liner and it will cover it. Maybe if you are using like a sheer pink it wouldn't cover but mine are typically darker colors browns, purples, turquoises that I use as a liner. 😀

Looked beautiful at first but now the colour is fading with. Grey tint and in 3 years I've done 3 touch ups. I want to go back and have her fix my shape.. Less square! That's why it looks harsh... And it no longer follows my shape so I have to fill it in still!

My grandma still rocks eyeliner, so aging wouldn't be a problem! This'll save you so much money on eyeliner, and time! I think it's smart. I wouldn't do it myself, but I don't shun people who do! :)
