I use garnier eye roll on. It brightens up your eyes dramatically!

I'd recommend macs face and body. It is very sheer and light but you can build up the coverage. And for under eyes, my favorite and most used on my clients is the macs select cover up. Hope that helps ^_*

You are very pretty, lovely eyes and so youthful! You don't need foundation, just a good concealer and a touch of bb cream.
Start with a primer, then a wash of bb cream. Then spot conceal and use a good corrector under your eyes. Set with powder.
